Due to the internal environment of the borehole, the conditions of the probe itself and geological background, the acoustic wave time-difference log curves in sandstone-type uranium deposits area cannot well respond the changing pattern of stratigraphic features. This paper proposed a method of quasi-acoustic time difference logging curve reconstruction based on a multiple linear regression model. The response characteristics of the logging curves of sandstone formations with different mud contents were counted, and the relationship between these logging curves and the acoustic time difference logging curves was established. The experimental results showed that there is a good linear correlation between the natural gamma, compensation density, and three lateral resistivity logging curves with the acoustic wave time difference. Therefore, a multiple linear regression model is established for the pseudo acoustic wave time difference. The application effect of pseudo-acoustic time difference curves in sand and mudstone formations was verified with good correspondence to the geological logging. This technology can provide technical support for the study of lateral distribution of sand and mudstone formations and seismic wave impedance inversion.
